1.Q: Which payment method do you accept?

A:After you paid your order, you will receive the Tracking Number in 2 days. The tracking No. will be sent to the email that you wrote on our website when you ordered. Please check your email box, if you hadn't received the tracking Number from us, Please send an email to us to check your order.

5.Q:Will I have to pay import taxes?

A:An import tax may be due when your receive your products. This fee will be paid to FedEx or your local delivery service at the time of delivery. We apologize, but we cannot estimate the cost of the taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6.Q:What if I have worn my boots? Can I still return them?

A:No. We cannot take back worn boots, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn boots are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition, including package.

8.Q:What if I get the shoes and they don't fit?

A: We use standard US sizes, so please check your size correctly before ordering, we will not be held responsible for customer errors.

9.Q:Where do I return my shoes?

10.Q:How long will it take to process my return?

A:We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible. On all returns and exchanges, processing may take up to 15days.

11.Q:My order still says processing after a few days

A:This is normal, once we receive a delivery date your account will be updated with this information so you know when your order will be delivered.

12.Q:Can you give me any discounts?

A:It depends how many do you want! The more you buy ,the more favor price you get.

13.Q:Can you reserve a boot for me until I can pay for it?

A:Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
